液(ye)壓缸結構基(ji)本上可以分為缸筒(tong)和缸蓋、活塞和活塞桿、密封裝置、緩沖裝置和排氣裝置五個部分。今天(tian)威海力建小編著(zhu)重帶(dai)著(zhu)大家了解一(yi)下(xia)缸筒(tong)和缸蓋。
缸(gang)筒和缸(gang)蓋
一般來(lai)說,缸(gang)筒(tong)(tong)和缸(gang)蓋的(de)(de)(de)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)形式和其(qi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)材料有關(guan)。工(gong)(gong)作壓力(li)p<10MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)鑄鐵;p<20MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)管;p>20MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)鑄鋼(gang)(gang)或(huo)鍛鋼(gang)(gang)。法(fa)蘭連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式,結(jie)(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)簡單,容(rong)易(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong),也(ye)容(rong)易(yi)裝拆(chai)(chai),但(dan)外形尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)和重量(liang)都(dou)較(jiao)大(da),常(chang)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)鑄鐵制的(de)(de)(de)缸(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上。半環連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式,它(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)(de)缸(gang)筒(tong)(tong)壁(bi)(bi)部(bu)因(yin)開了(le)環形槽而削弱了(le)強(qiang)度,為此有時(shi)(shi)要加(jia)厚缸(gang)壁(bi)(bi),它(ta)(ta)容(rong)易(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)和裝拆(chai)(chai),重量(liang)較(jiao)輕(qing),常(chang)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)管或(huo)鍛鋼(gang)(gang)制的(de)(de)(de)缸(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上。螺紋連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式,它(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)(de)缸(gang)筒(tong)(tong)端部(bu)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)復雜(za),外徑(jing)(jing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)要求保證內外徑(jing)(jing)同心,裝拆(chai)(chai)要使(shi)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)具,它(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)(de)外形尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)和重量(liang)都(dou)較(jiao)小,常(chang)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)管或(huo)鑄鋼(gang)(gang)制的(de)(de)(de)缸(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上。拉(la)桿連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式,結(jie)(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)用(yong)(yong)性大(da),容(rong)易(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)和裝拆(chai)(chai),但(dan)外形尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)較(jiao)大(da),且較(jiao)重。焊接(jie)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式,結(jie)(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)簡單,尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)小,但(dan)缸(gang)底處內徑(jing)(jing)不易(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong),且可能引起變形。
密封不良
密封不良會(hui)引起(qi)外(wai)泄漏和內泄漏。產生密封不良的原因(yin)有:
1、裝配不(bu)當,密封件發生破損;
2、裝配精度差,間隙太大,密封件被擠(ji)出而損(sun)壞;
3、密(mi)封件(jian)急劇磨(mo)損,失去密(mi)封作用;
4、密封圈(quan)方(fang)向裝反(fan)(密封圈(quan)唇邊面向壓力油一方(fang)),密封功能失(shi)效(xiao);
5、密(mi)封(feng)結構(gou)不合理(li),壓(ya)力超過額定值,失去(qu)密(mi)封(feng)功效。
連(lian)接(jie)處(chu)結合不良
連接(jie)處結(jie)合(he)不(bu)良(liang)主要引起外泄漏(lou),產生結(jie)合(he)不(bu)良(liang)的原因有:
1、缸(gang)筒與端蓋(gai)用螺(luo)栓連接時,螺(luo)栓緊(jin)固(gu)不(bu)(bu)良(liang),結合部(bu)分(fen)的毛(mao)(mao)刺、裝配毛(mao)(mao)邊引起結合不(bu)(bu)良(liang);端面(mian)O形密(mi)封圈(quan)有(you)配合間隙(xi);
2、缸(gang)筒與端蓋用(yong)螺(luo)紋連接時,緊固(gu)端蓋時未達到額定(ding)扭矩(ju)或密封(feng)圈密封(feng)性能不好;
3、液壓缸進油管口因(yin)管件(jian)振動(dong)而(er)引起管口松動(dong)。
